Itinerary
DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN CUSCO – WALKING TOUR
Upon arrival in Cusco our team will welcome you and transfer you to your
hotel.
After lunch we will start with the Walking Tour, our guide will take you
through the famous historical sites, monuments, squares and alleys while
providing you with a detailed description of the culture and history of the city.

DAY 2 SACRED VALLEY – AGUAS CALIENTES
Today we will travel to the mystical “Sacred Valley of the Incas” our first stop
will be in Pisaq, where we will observe the terraces, then we will visit the
handicraft market, we prepare to enjoy a delicious lunch in a restaurant in
Ollantaytambo with all the local products of the Sacred Valley,
After lunch we will continue with our visit to the archaeological center of
Ollantaytambo, strategically built to guard the entrance to this part of the
valley.
After the visit we will go to the station to board the train to Aguas Calientes,
we will spend the night in this wonderful place.

DAY 3 MACHUPICCHU
The most awaited day by thousands of travelers!
After breakfast we will be ready to board the bus that will take us to the
magical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, we will enter the citadel with our guide
and we will have a tour for about 2 hours, we will have free time to walk
around the place and fill us with positive energy.
After our visit we will descend to Aguas Calientes and in the afternoon we will
board our train back to Cusco.

DAY 4 MOUNTAIN BIKING MARAS AND MORAY
The road linking the town of Maras and the archaeological site of Moray is a
single track, excellent for cross-country biking with natural ups and downs
that make the experience both fun and dynamic. Along the way, we enjoy
sweeping views of the Urubamba Mountain Range, including the snowcapped
peaks of Chicón, Pumahuanca, and Wakay Willca. Maras itself is a traditional
agricultural village, known for its striking salt ponds and deep-rooted farming
culture.
We begin our day driving from the hotel up to the high plateau of Anta. The
ride starts at Cruzpata, a community near the Piuray Lagoon in the Chinchero
area. Here, we warm up by pedaling along quiet dirt roads that let us ease into
the rhythm of the day. The route leads us to the fascinating archaeological
site of Moray—believed to have been an ancient agricultural research center
where native crops like potatoes were tested in different microclimates
formed by the circular terraces.
After a rest stop in Maras, we continue riding toward the iconic salt mines,
following scenic trails. Depending on the group’s experience and comfort
level, there’s the option to descend further into the Sacred Valley, ending the
ride near the town of Pichingoto. Afterward, we return to the hotel, filled with
new memories of the Andean highlands.
Tour duration: Approximately 5 to 6 hours, including breaks and visits along
the route.
Altitude range: From 3000 masl (9,843 feet) to 36 00 masl (11,811 feet)..
Minimum age: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fitness level: Moderate to good. Participants should be comfortable biking on
uneven terrain.
Meal: Picnic lunch, box lunch, or Pachamanca (see below for more details)
DAY 5 RAINBOW MOUNTAIN
We will pick you up between 03:00 hrs. – 03:15 hrs. Then we are going to set out
on a drive
through the South Valley. The drive takes around 3 hours to get Hanchipacha
community
where we are going to stop for breakfast. After that we are going to drive you 15
minutes
more to Quesiuno comunity (4326mt-14189 ft) Where we going to start with the
trekking of 3 hours approx. long to the rainbow mountain (most of the way is going
up). In the
way up we are going to be able to enjoy amazing landscapes of herds of alpacas
and llamas,
the Ausangate Mountain, many red mountains and traditional local houses. When
we finally
reach our golal the Rainbow Mountains (5,020 m / 16,466 ft.), you will have time to
explore
the area and take pictures. We will spend approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour
(depend of
your trekking speed and weather conditions).
After the amazing view of the landscapes on the top we are going to down to the
beginning
of our trekking point, that take 2 hours approx. (Quesiuno community) where we are
going to
take our transportation to Hanchipacha community to have box lunch . Then you
are going to
be drive to Cusco, and drop you at your hotel.

DAY 6 HUMANTAY LAKE
HUMANTAY LAKE
Today we embark on a unique journey to discover one of Cusco’s most beautiful and
sacred lagoons!
We will pick you up at your hotel between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. to guarantee you an early
start and make the most of the day.
Our transportation will take you to the charming village of Mollepata, located in the lush
valley of the Apurimac River, where you will enjoy a well-deserved breakfast to fill up on
energy and prepare for a challenging but rewarding 1 hour and 30 minute uphill hike.
On the way, we will witness the majesty of the snow-capped Salkantay and Humantay,
creating an impressive backdrop.
Arriving at the Humantay Lake, we will marvel at its beauty. We will enjoy some free
time to take photos and absorb the serenity of the surroundings before starting our
descent back to our thousand-star hotel (Domos), where a comforting lunch awaits us.
We will rest in this unique place, immersed in the tranquility and connection with nature.
The next day after a refreshing breakfast, we will get ready to return to the city of
Cusco, taking with us the unforgettable memories of this experience in the Humantay
Lagoon.

DAY 7 FLIGHT CUZ – LIM
After a refreshing breakfast, we will get ready to return to the city of Cusco, where you
will board your flight, taking with you the unforgettable memories of this experience in
the Humantay Lagoon.
