DAY 1 WELCOME TO LIMA – CITY TOUR – MAGICAL CIRCUIT OF THE WATERS

You will be greeted by a representative of Ozzie Travel, who will give you a warm
welcome and take you to your hotel.
In the afternoon, we will immerse ourselves in the rich history of Lima and its
surroundings. We will begin by visiting the enigmatic Huaca Pucllana. Then, we will
explore the Historic Center of Lima from our mobility, admiring the majestic Paseo de la
Republica, the Plaza San Martin, the Plaza de Armas, the Government Palace and the
Cathedral Basilica.
We will continue our adventure entering the Convent of San Francisco. In the evening
enjoy a sound and light show at the Magic Circuit of the Waters.

Today you will have the opportunity to taste and live a unique gastronomic experience,
we start with the pick up at your hotel, then we go to the market to buy the ingredients
we will need to prepare one of the 3 dishes of your choice, which can be: Ceviche,
Lomo Saltado or Aji de pollo.
Then we start the preparation and at the end we will taste our typical dishes, prepared
by us and we will toast your arrival with a delicious Pisco Sour.
Free afternoon to explore the city.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will board our transportation and head to the
Lima airport to board our flight to Cusco, enjoying unique views of the Andes from the
heights.
Upon arrival in the imperial city, a representative will give you a warm welcome and
transfer you to your hotel.

Today we will immerse ourselves in a day full of mysticism in the “Sacred Valley of the
Incas”.
Our first destination will be Pisac, an ancient agricultural center. We will visit the vibrant
artisan market and immerse ourselves in the authenticity of the rich local culture. We
will delight in a delicious lunch in Urubamba, prepared with fresh, local products from
the area.
Finally we will head to Ollantaytambo, the last living Inca city and strategic military point.
In the afternoon we will return to our hotel.

We will begin our exciting journey at Poroy station, where we will be greeted with a
welcome full of dancing and music.
As we board the train, let yourself be captivated by the best cocktails and a gourmet
lunch, all while enjoying spectacular views from the observatory car of the flora and the
sacred Vilcanota River that will accompany us throughout our journey until we reach the
town of Aguas Calientes.
We will board the bus that will take us directly to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu with
our guide. We will enter the Inca citadel with our private guide, exploring its wonders for
approximately 2 hours. Afterwards we will enjoy a “Te time” before returning to our
hotel.

Rise with the sun to walk through Machu Picchu in the early morning mist before the
crowds arrive, an experience some consider the spiritual highlight of the journey. After
exploring the "Lost City of the Incas,” board the Vistadome train back to Ollantaytambo.
Continue to Cusco, where you check in to your hotel.

This morning, discover Cusco on a city tour that includes the Cathedral on the Plaza de
Armas and the Santo Domingo Temple. Listen as a local expert explains how the
historic clashes between the Incas and the Spanish played a role in forming today s
Peruvian culture. Later, visit the well-preserved ruins of Sacsayhuaman, a testament to
Incan architectural skill. This afternoon, enjoy time at leisure to rest or shop

Our exciting adventure in Cusco continues. Today we will head to the charming village
of Maras, located 52 km from the city of Cusco, in the province of Urubamba. Here you
will find the most important salt mines in the region, exploited since Inca times until
today.
We will continue exploring the amazing Inca laboratory “Moray”, located at 3500 meters
above sea level. In this place, you will discover circular terraces of different sizes, a true
testimony of the ingenuity of the Inca civilization.
To end the day, we will visit the picturesque village of Chinchero. Here, we will witness
a fascinating weaving demonstration by the women of the community, using ancestral
techniques.
Around 14:00 pm, we will begin our return to the city of Cusco.

Today we say goodbye to the city of Cusco and all the Ozzie Travel team, at the agreed
time we will pick you up to transfer you to the airport and board the flight Cusco – Lima.
Finally upon arrival we will board our international flight back home.
